RPPW is an international biannual event that brings researchers from a range of disciplines together to engage in discussions about the scientific study of rhythm. Rhythm is at the core of a wide range of human tasks, from speaking and dancing, to walking and synchronising with others. The workshop itself will host spoken presentations and posters.<\/p>\n<p>Potential topics include (but are not limited to):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Rhythm &amp; Synchronisation<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Developmental Rhythm<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Social &amp; Interpersonal Rhythm<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Cross-species Rhythm<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Neural Investigations of Rhythm<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Groove<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Multimodal\/Multisensory Rhythm<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (Computational) Models of Rhythm Perception and\/or Production<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Speech Rhythm<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Rhythm in Clinical Populations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Submissions for spoken and poster presentations are now open! We welcome contributions from researchers at any career stage. Submissions relating to either completed research or work-in-progress are encouraged.
