It is under the direction of the <a href=\"https:\/\/aro.org\/about\/leadership\/\" class=\"ProsemirrorEditor-link\">ARO Council<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/asro.memberclicks.net\/AROCouncil\" class=\"ProsemirrorEditor-link\">\u00a0<\/a>that consists of a President, a Past President, a President-Elect, a Secretary-Treasurer, a Communications Officer, a Program Chair, a Nominating Committee Chair, a ARO Scholars Grant Principle Investigator, and three Council Members at-Large, all of whom are elected from and by the membership.<\/h3>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.27.5\" _module_preset=\"default\" text_line_height=\"2em\" header_3_text_align=\"center\" header_3_line_height=\"1.8em\" hover_enabled=\"0\" global_colors_info=\"{}\" sticky_enabled=\"0\"]<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">The functions of the organization are established by the ARO Bylaws carried out with the help of the following <a href=\"https:\/\/aro.org\/about\/leadership\/\" class=\"ProsemirrorEditor-link\">committees<\/a>\u00a0and often with counsel from\u00a0past presidents.
