One of this season\u2019s young Concerto Competition winners, Amir Avsker, will also perform Mozart\u2019s Piano Concerto No. 27 in B-flat. The concert begins at 3:00 at the Sunnyside Seventh-day Adventist Church in Portland. Although donations are always welcome, there is no charge to attend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The award-winning Oregon Sinfonietta, now in its 53rd season and conducted by Dr. Donald L. Appert, is a full symphony orchestra of roughly 70 members that draws together community musicians from the greater Portland metro area.
